localrestart ("we", "us") builds free websites for local businesses in exchange for a short video testimonial. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or complete one of our forms, and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short and honest.

What we collect

Contact details you provide or that are pre-filled from your Facebook/Instagram profile when you submit a lead form — your name, mobile phone number, and email address.
Business details you share with us — your business name, trade, city/service area, and (if you have one) your current website address.
A website review — if you give us your website address, we automatically scan its public homepage to grade it and show you what we'd improve.
Basic usage data — standard analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the experience. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To contact you by text or phone about your free website build. When you submit a form, you agree we may send you a text message to get started. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help.
To build and deliver your website and follow up about it.
To measure and improve our advertising and our service.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our messaging provider (to send the texts you asked for), analytics, and hosting. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with advertising platforms (such as Meta) in hashed/pseudonymized form to measure ad performance.

Your choices
